Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare and verify export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions.

- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, transporters, and courier companies.

- Prepare and follow up on shipping documents such as shipping bills, bills of lading, airway bills, and certificates of origin.

- Coordinate the collection of Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Pharmaceutical Product (CoPP), GMP certificates, and other product-related documents from manufacturers and technical teams.

- Maintain export files, shipment records, and customer-specific documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.

- Prepare and record purchase invoices, sales invoices, payment vouchers, and receipt vouchers.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Reconcile supplier and customer ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.

- Maintain bank reconciliation statements and cash records.

- Assist with GST returns, TDS compliance, and other statutory documentation.

- Maintain export sales invoices, foreign currency receipts, and related accounting records.

- Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and customers for accounting-related matters.

- Prepare outstanding reports, payment schedules, and periodic financial statements.

- Ensure proper filing and maintenance of accounting documents.
