Job Opening: Accounts Assistant / Accounts Executive

Company Name: Shubham Fertilizers and Chemicals

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant/Executive to join our team at Shubham Fertilizers and Chemicals. The role involves managing daily financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and supporting the accounting department to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping: Record daily financial transactions (Sales, Purchases, Receipts, and Payments) in Tally/Accounting software.
Invoicing: Generate GST-compliant invoices and manage billing for clients.
Banking: Perform bank reconciliation and handle routine banking tasks.
Taxation: Assist in the preparation of GST and TDS data for timely filings.
Inventory Management: Maintain records of fertilizer and chemical stocks.
Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial records/vouchers.

Job Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
Experience: 0 - 2 Years (Freshers with good knowledge are welcome).
Skills: Basic knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel is mandatory.
Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail, honesty, and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Details:

Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹15,000 per month (In-hand).
Job Location: U5, Vaibhav Complex, Kamrej Char Rasta, At-Po: Kamrej.
