Job Title: Associate – RERA & SEBI Compliance (Entry Level)
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Regulatory Compliance team focusing on matters related to the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for fresh graduates and young professionals seeking practical exposure to regulatory advisory, compliance, litigation support, and documentation work.
The role offers hands-on learning in real estate regulations, securities law compliance, drafting, legal research, and client advisory support.
Key Responsibilities
RERA Related Work
Assist in preparation and filing of project registrations and quarterly updates under RERA.
Support drafting of complaints, replies, appeals, legal submissions, and regulatory correspondence.
Assist in preparation and review of documentation related to real estate projects.
Conduct research on regulatory provisions, circulars, notifications, and case laws.
Maintain compliance trackers and filing schedules.
Coordinate with clients and regulatory authorities for information and documentation requirements.
Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and compliance opinions.
SEBI Related Work
Support compliance work relating to SEBI regulations and securities market requirements.
Conduct regulatory research and assist in interpretation of SEBI circulars and notifications.
Assist in preparation of compliance documentation and regulatory filings.
Support drafting of advisory notes, legal opinions, and client communications.
Monitor regulatory developments and maintain internal knowledge databases.
General Responsibilities
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Assist seniors in advisory and litigation support matters.
Conduct legal and regulatory research.
Prepare summaries, notes, and client deliverables.
Support office administration relating to regulatory assignments.
Desired Skills
Strong drafting and written communication skills.
Good analytical and research abilities.
Attention to detail and documentation discipline.
Basic understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Fresher or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
CA Inter / CS Inter / LLB / B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Any Commerce or Law Graduate with interest in Regulatory Compliance
Interest in Real Estate Laws, Securities Laws, and Litigation Support.
Prior internship exposure in compliance, legal, finance, or consulting firms will be an advantage.
