Legal Executive

Location: Noida (Work From Office)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Legal Executive with hands-on experience in legal drafting, company incorporation, statutory registrations, and corporate compliance. The candidate will manage end-to-end compliance for Private Limited Companies, LLPs, GST registrations, and coordinate with clients and government authorities.

Key Responsibilities

Legal Drafting

Draft, review, and vet legal documents including:

MOA, AOA, LLP Agreements

Partnership Deeds

Board & Shareholder Resolutions

Agreements, Affidavits, Declarations, Notices

Ensure legal documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Company Registration & Compliance

Incorporation of Private Limited Companies and LLPs.

Handle MCA (ROC) filings including SPICe+, DIR-3, INC Forms, LLP Forms.

Manage post-incorporation compliances (PAN, TAN, Bank Account Support, etc.).

Maintain statutory registers and company records.

GST & Other Registrations

GST Registration, Amendment, Cancellation, and Compliance.

Assist with GST returns and coordinate with the Accounts team.

Handle MSME, Shops & Establishment, and other statutory registrations.

Client & Authority Coordination

Coordinate with clients for document collection and compliance updates.

Liaise with government departments, consultants, and professionals.

Track compliance timelines and ensure timely filings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or Company Secretary (CS Inter/Executive) preferred.

1–3 years of experience in legal drafting and corporate compliance.

Strong knowledge of the Companies Act, LLP Act, and GST Laws.

Familiarity with MCA and GST portals.

Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills.

Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Salary: Between ₹15,000-₹20,000/ month.
