Job Description

Register Point is looking for a CS Executive / ROC Executive to join our growing Legal & Compliance Team. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of MCA Portal, ROC Filings, Company Incorporation, and Corporate Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Company Incorporation & Registration through the MCA Portal

• Prepare and file ROC and Annual Compliance forms

• Prepare and submit various MCA E-Forms

• Handle ROC compliance and statutory filings

• Maintain Statutory Registers and Company Records

• Draft Board Resolutions, Board Meeting Minutes, Notices, and other Secretarial Documents

• Coordinate with clients regarding documentation and compliance requirements

• Ensure timely completion of assigned compliance work

• Track statutory deadlines and compliance requirements

Eligibility & Requirements

• CS Pursuing / CS Qualified candidates can apply

• Relevant experience in ROC/MCA Compliance is preferred

• Good working knowledge of the MCA Portal and ROC Filings

• Knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and corporate compliance

• Strong documentation and communication skills

• Good attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines

• Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply
