## Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and field-oriented Technical Field Executive to join our Operations team. This role is primarily focused on asset recovery and EMI collections (60%), along with •technical support and battery handling (40%)•.

The ideal candidate should have experience in recovery, collections, or field operations, along with basic knowledge of electrical systems and batteries. Candidates must be comfortable traveling extensively, interacting with customers, recovering company assets, and providing basic technical support at customer locations.

## Key Responsibilities

### Recovery & Collections (60%)

• Visit customer locations to recover company assets such as batteries, chargers, and related equipment.

• Collect pending EMI payments on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments and ensure timely collections.

• Maintain recovery records and submit daily field activity reports.

• Coordinate with the Finance and Operations teams regarding collections and asset recovery.

• Achieve assigned recovery and collection targets while maintaining professional customer interactions.
