Corporate Lawyer

Role Overview:

Seeking a freelance corporate advocate to support legal drafting, advisory, and structured recovery of outstanding real estate consultancy fees through professional communication and dispute resolution methods.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft legal notices, agreements, and recovery-related documents

- Handle payment recovery through structured calls, emails, and formal communication

- Provide advisory on ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) methods

- Strategize and support amicable settlements with clients

- Ensure legally compliant and risk-controlled actions

- Coordinate on case-specific legal approaches as required

Scope of Work:

- Legal drafting (notices, responses, settlement terms)

- Payment follow-ups in a professional and non-aggressive manner

- Advisory support for dispute handling and resolution

- No court representation unless separately agreed

Payout Structure:

Compensation shall be performance-based and linked to successful recovery.

The Advocate will be entitled to a mutually agreed percentage (%) of the total amount successfully recovered.

Payment will be released only upon actual receipt of funds.

No fixed fee or retainer is payable unless separately agreed in writing.

All payouts will be calculated on net realized recovery.

Preferred Profile:

- Experience in corporate law, recovery matters, or real estate disputes

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Ability to handle sensitive client situations smoothly

Engagement Type:

Freelance / Retainer basis (as mutually agreed)

Outcome Expectation:

Structured, smooth, and legally sound recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining professional relationships.
