About the Role

Legal Capital Law Firm is looking for a skilled and motivated Advocate with 2–6 years of professional experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate should have strong legal knowledge, excellent drafting and research skills, and practical experience in handling legal matters and client representation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage legal matters assigned by the firm.

• Draft, review, and prepare legal notices, petitions, agreements, pleadings, affidavits, applications, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and analyze relevant laws, rules, regulations, and case laws.

• Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and other legal authorities, as required.

• Attend court hearings and maintain proper records of case proceedings.

• Prepare case briefs, legal opinions, arguments, and strategies.

• Coordinate with clients, senior advocates, legal professionals, and other stakeholders.

• Track case progress, hearing dates, deadlines, and important legal updates.

• Assist in preparing litigation strategies and provide practical legal advice.

• Maintain confidentiality of client information and case-related documents.

• Ensure timely completion of assigned legal tasks and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.).

• Valid enrollment with the State Bar Council.

• 2–6 years of relevant professional experience as an Advocate.

• Strong knowledge of applicable laws and legal procedures.

• Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to independently manage legal work and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Preferred Skills

• Court appearance and litigation experience.

• Strong knowledge of legal documentation and drafting.

• Ability to handle multiple cases and responsibilities.

• Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
