Office Boy

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to maintain the cleanliness of the office, assist with daily office tasks, and prepare tea/coffee and refreshments for staff and visitors. A positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to help are essential for this position.

In-hand Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 per month}

Office Timings:

• Monday to Friday: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

• Saturdays: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM

• Last Saturday of every month: Off

• Sunday: Fixed Off
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the office, pantry, and common areas.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Ensure the pantry is stocked with necessary supplies.

• Assist with photocopying, filing, and other basic office tasks as required.

• Keep office furniture, meeting rooms, and workspaces neat and organized.

• Assist with purchasing office supplies when required.

• Support administrative staff with day-to-day office activities.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.

• 6 months – 1 year of relevant experience.

• Candidates must be 18 years of age or older.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Honest, reliable, and punctual.

• Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow instructions.

• Basic knowledge of office etiquette is preferred.
