Chemist - Quality Control

We are looking for a Pharmacy Quality Control to join our team at DR.Vasishth's AyuRemedies to assist in medical testing and dispensing medications. The role involves handling lab equipment, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 and other benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raw Material & Product Testing: Perform end-to-end quality testing of raw materials, packaging, in-process samples, and finished Ayurvedic products to ensure high standards.

• Compliance & GMP Standards: Ensure 100% compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Ayurvedic FDCA regulatory requirements.

• Instrument Expertise: Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining lab instruments like HPLC, AAS, and other analytical equipment.

• Audit & Documentation: Maintain precise Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), test reports, and assist in internal/external regulatory audits and inspections.

• Issue Investigation (CAPA): Lead investigations into product non-conformances or quality complaints and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Stability & Safety: Participate in product stability studies and maintain strict laboratory safety, cleanliness, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Post Graduate and 0 - 2 years of experience. Attention to detail, knowledge of medical terminologies, and proficiency in handling lab instruments and medications are essential. Certification in a relevant field is a plus.
