Web Developer / UI-UX Designer

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer & Frontend Developer who has a strong design sense and hands-on experience with modern design and web technologies. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming ideas into visually appealing designs and converting them into high-quality, responsive web pages.

Key Responsibilities

Create visually engaging and user-friendly designs using tools like Photoshop, Figma, and other design platforms

Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics

Convert PSD/Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive HTML/CSS

Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness

Work closely with developers and stakeholders to implement design concepts

Customize and manage WordPress themes and plugins

Optimize website performance and user experience

Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools

Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles

Experience in converting PSD/Figma to HTML/CSS

Working knowledge of WordPress (themes, customization, page builders like Elementor, etc.)

Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and user-centered design

Knowledge of Bootstrap or other CSS frameworks is a plus

Familiarity with JavaScript/jQuery is an advantage

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with animation tools or modern UI trends (glassmorphism, micro-interactions, etc.)

Understanding of SEO-friendly design practices

Video editing skills using tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar (added advantage)

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
