Job Title: Software Sales Executive

Role Summary:
The Software Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling software solutions to prospective clients, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Conduct product demonstrations and online/offline presentations.

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable software solutions.

• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and contracts.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.

• Coordinate with the implementation and support teams.

• Maintain sales records and update CRM systems.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and sales skills.

• Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, or business software solutions.

• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

• Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in software sales, ERP sales, or IT product sales.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B sales.

• Knowledge of manufacturing, textile, or fabric industry software solutions.
