*Job Summary:*
We're looking for an Application Engineer to provide technical support and solutions to customers, and work with internal teams to implement product applications.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for products/applications
- Work with customers to understand requirements and provide solutions
- Collaborate with R&D and sales teams for product demos and implementations
- Develop application-specific documentation and training materials
- Stay updated on product features and industry trends
*Requirements:*
- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/IT)
- 2-5 years of experience in application engineering or technical support
- Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
*Preferred:*
- Experience in software/industrial automation or related industry
- Knowledge of industry-specific standards
