Production Manager

Experience Required: Minimum 5+ Years of professional experience (with strong technical and product delivery background)

You will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business strategy and engineering execution. You will design, manage, and scale the product roadmaps that power our innovative digital platforms. You will work closely with frontend and backend developers, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into high-performance, user-centric applications.

This role offers the opportunity to own enterprise-grade SaaS and educational technology products, shape product architecture, and drive impactful real-world applications across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Roadmap & Strategy: Own, define, and ruthlessly prioritize the product backlog and feature roadmap based on business objectives, user feedback, and technical feasibility.

• PRD & Spec Writing: Author comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), clear user stories, and technical specifications that engineering teams can execute seamlessly.

• Technical Execution: Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and System Architects to evaluate system architecture, API integrations, and database designs.

• Agile Management: Lead daily agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stand-ups to ensure predictable, high-quality product delivery.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the primary bridge between engineering, QA, marketing, and leadership to align timelines and manage feature releases.

• Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyze core product metrics (adoption, retention, and performance) to iterate on features and fix product bottlenecks.

• Quality & Acceptance: Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure delivered software meets the specified business logic and functional requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of overall professional experience, with at least 2–3 years spent directly managing software products (SaaS, EdTech, or B2B platforms preferred).

• Solid technical foundation; a background as a software engineer or tech lead (understanding APIs, system design, databases, and CI/CD pipelines) is highly preferred.

• Proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle from conceptualization to post-launch optimization.

• Expertise in using agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Google Analytics) or writing basic SQL queries.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—the ability to articulate technical complexities to non-technical teams and vice versa.
