Junior Project Manager / PMO (Fresher – 1 Year)

💰 Compensation Salary: ₹2.8 – 3.1 LPA

We are looking for a high-potential Junior Project Manager / PMO who is eager to build a career in Project Management & IT Service Delivery. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of IT fundamentals.

🔍 Role Overview

You will work closely with global stakeholders across US, UK, and Middle East clients, supporting project coordination, tracking deliverables, and ensuring seamless service delivery. This role demands excellent communication, structured thinking, and a strong learning mindset.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

- Track project progress, risks, and timelines

- Support service delivery operations and reporting

- Maintain documentation, MIS reports, and dashboards

- Communicate effectively with international clients on a daily basis

✅ Must-Have Requirements

- Fresher or 0–1 year experience in Project Management / Service Delivery

- Educational background in Computer Science / IT (preferred)

- Excellent verbal & written communication skills (client-facing role)

- Strong understanding of basic computer and IT concepts

- Willingness to work in US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)

- Immediate joiners or max 30 days notice period

➕ Good-to-Have Skills

- Basic knowledge of Cloud Platforms (On-Prem, AWS, Azure)

- Understanding of Project Management frameworks (CAPM basics)

- Exposure to ITIL concepts and service lifecycle

- Familiarity with Virtualization & Networking basics

Work Model & Shift

- Shift: US Shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM)

Work Mode:

- Initial: Work from Office (mandatory)

- Post training: Hybrid (based on performance)

🚻 Work Arrangement

- Male candidates: Work from office for entire shift

- Female candidates: Work from office till 8 PM, post that Work From Home
