Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Delivery Management.
Proven experience in handling freelancers / field engineers.
Experience in coordinating service calls, closures, and escalations.
Ability to manage multiple service requests and ensure SLA compliance.
Manage end-to-end service delivery operations.
Allocate and monitor service calls to field engineers/freelancers.
Ensure timely closure of service calls with proper documentation.
Coordinate between customers, engineers, sales team, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor service quality and resolve escalations efficiently.
Support the sales team by providing technical and operational inputs when required.
Maintain service reports, performance tracking, and MIS.
Ensure discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct within the team.
Strong sales understanding to support customer requirements and business growth.
Good communication skills in English and local language.
Strong coordination, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Ownership mindset with high accountability.
Willingness to travel within Kolkata and outside Kolkata as and when required.
