Job Description – Web DeveloperPosition: Web DeveloperDepartment: IT / DigitalReports To: Project Manager / Technical LeadJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining websites and web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with designers and other developers.Key ResponsibilitiesStrong knowledge of Laravel ( PHP Framework ) for web application development Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and web applicationsWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented codeCollaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visual elementsEnsure website performance, security, and scalabilityTest, debug, and fix issues across different browsers and devicesIntegrate APIs and third-party toolsUpdate and maintain existing websitesStay up to date with the latest web development trends and technologiesRequired Skills & QualificationsProficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScriptExperience with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js – preferred)Knowledge of back-end technologies (PHP, Node.js, Python, or similar – preferred)Familiarity with databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.)Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibilityBasic knowledge of SEO and web performance optimizationStrong problem-solving and communication skillsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred) years of experience in web development (Freshers may also apply, if applicable)Additional RequirementsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood time management and organizational skillsWillingness to learn new tools and technologiesPreferred (Optional)Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.)Knowledge of version control systems (Git)
