1. company secretary - Legal Compliance: Ensuring the company complies with all applicable laws, SEBI regulations, and provisions of the Companies Act.

Board Advisory: Providing ongoing structural guidance to directors regarding their corporate duties, liabilities, and statutory powers.

Meeting Administration: Facilitating, convening, and preparing official minutes for Board, committee, and annual general meetings.

Corporate Records: Maintaining essential statutory registers, books, and tracking changes in company shareholding.

Liaison Officer: Representing the business before regulatory bodies like the Registrar of Companies (RoC) and National Company Law Tribunal

Education - Bachelor degree and related course ....

2. data entry operator - Data Input: Typing text, figures, and codes into databases, spreadsheets, or CRM systems.

Verification: Comparing entered data against original physical or digital documents to detect errors.

Data Cleaning: Correcting typos, deleting duplicate files, and updating outdated information.

File Management: Scanning documents and maintaining structured physical or digital filing systems.

Confidentiality: Following strict security guidelines to protect sensitive company and customer information
