Glass Printing Operator / Glass Printing Technician

Job Summary:

TAITON ARCHITECTURAL HARDWARE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Glass Printing Operator to carry out high-quality printing on glass products used in architectural and hardware applications. The role involves operating glass printing machinery, ensuring precision, durability, and compliance with company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare glass surfaces for printing by cleaning, inspecting, and handling safely

• Operate glass printing machines such as screen printing, digital printing, or UV printing systems

• Accurately print designs, patterns, logos, or text on glass as per specifications

• Ensure correct alignment, color accuracy, and print consistency

• Monitor printing processes to maintain high-quality output

• Inspect finished glass products for defects, scratches, or print errors

• Perform routine machine maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Follow all safety procedures when handling glass, inks, and chemicals

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area

• Meet production targets and deadlines set by the company

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge of glass printing techniques and materials

• Ability to operate and maintain printing equipment

• Strong attention to detail and quality control

• Understanding of workplace safety standards

• Ability to read drawings, layouts, and job instructions

• Physical ability to handle glass products carefully

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in glass printing or industrial printing

• Technical or vocational training in printing or manufacturing

• Familiarity with architectural glass or hardware products

Work Environment:

• Factory or manufacturing unit

• Requires standing for long periods and careful handling of fragile materials

• Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves and safety glasses
