*SHIV INDUSTRIAL SERVICES* is a government contractor in the Ministry of Defence and the company has been providing services to the government ministry for many years, here all the work is done with the government officials, the company does not do any kind of sales or calling work and neither does it give any kind of target based job to any company employee, it only participates in tenders on the official website of the government.

*Job Descriptions* :

Administrative and operational support: Manage day-to-day office activities, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a functional and organized environment.

Scheduling and coordination: Schedule meetings, Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. respond to emails and other inquiries.

Document management: Prepare, organize, and maintain physical and digital files, records, and databases. Take minutes at meetings and prepare reports and presentations.

Office and vendor management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance. Serve as the point person for purchasing requests and liaise with external vendors and suppliers.

Financial and HR support: Assist with budget preparation, expense monitoring, and may handle accounts payable and receivable or assist with payroll and employee records.

Required skills

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.

Attention to detail.

Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

A bachelor's degree in any stream or a related field may be preferred.

Relevant office experience, often in a secretarial or administrative support role, is essential.
