Role Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy and organized Office Assistant / Operations Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and digital tasks. The ideal candidate will be the backbone of our daily office operations, ensuring seamless communication with clients and maintaining our digital presence. Since the firm is based in the heart of Delhi, punctuality and a professional demeanor are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Email Management: Drafting, sorting, and responding to professional emails. Managing follow-ups with clients regarding documentation and filings.
Social Media Handling: Managing the firm’s Facebook page, including posting updates, responding to queries, and basic engagement to maintain a professional online presence.
Data Management: Efficiently handling data entry, maintaining spreadsheets (MS Excel), and organizing digital folders for various tax and audit clients.
Computer-Based Tasks: Assisting with online filings on government portals (GST, Income Tax), generating invoices, and preparing basic reports or presentations.
Coordination: Assisting the senior partners with scheduling appointments and managing the daily office calendar.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in MS Office: Strong command over Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is a must.
Communication: Fluent in English and Hindi (both written and verbal) to correspond professionally with clients.
Digital Literacy: Familiarity with Facebook for Business and general web-based research.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and filing, as CA work involves sensitive financial information.
Education: Graduate in any stream (Commerce background is a plus but not mandatory).
