कंप्यूटर ऑपरेटर

Computer Operator: The job will includes following as minimum:

a. All sort of typing work usually carried out by using Computer with Knowledge of M.S Office/ excel or any other suitable software in English/Hindi etc, maintenance of files/ documents and other relevant work as & when required by the CA / BPCL office.

b. Movement and maintenance of files, papers, drawings, within the office, outside CA/BPCL Office and other offices at described locations.

c. Creation & updating of data as and when required.

d. Operation of various offices equipment’s like Photocopier, Telephones, Printer, EPABX etc. in addition to Computer peripherals.

e. Dispatch & Receipt of files, letters etc. to and from various BPCL offices including various State/ Central Govt. Offices.

f. Outstation movement for carrying important letters, files, drawings etc. with or without accompanying BPCL officials.

g. Making in ward / out ward of file movements including maintaining record of the same including filing of official letters/ papers etc.

h. Any other work assigned by CA/BPCL in connection with smooth functioning of the office.
