Computer/ Software Operator
We are looking for a Computer Operator to join our team and assist with day-to-day computer, billing, inventory, and administrative operations at our jewellery showroom.
💼 Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day computer and data-entry work
Maintain and update sales, purchase and inventory records
Generate and manage invoices, bills and other documents
Enter and maintain customer and product information accurately
Assist with stock reconciliation and jewellery inventory records
Maintain Excel sheets and prepare basic reports
Handle printing, scanning, documentation and filing
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of business and customer data
🎯 Requirements
Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and computer operations
Good typing speed and accuracy
Comfortable working with numbers and maintaining records
Prior experience in retail, jewellery or accounting-related work will be an advantage
Good communication and organizational skills
Responsible, punctual and detail-oriented
👤 Experience
1–2 years preferred
Freshers with good computer and Excel skills may also apply.
💰 Salary
₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month
Depending on experience and skills
