Job Description – Computer Operator
Position: Computer Operator
Location: Civil Lines, Jaipur
Vacancy: 10
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Computer Operator with strong knowledge of Advanced Excel to handle data entry, record management, reporting, and day-to-day computer operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
Prepare, update, and manage Excel sheets, reports, and databases.
Use VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF/SUMIFS, COUNTIF/COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, and other Excel functions.
Prepare MIS reports and analyze data using Advanced Excel.
Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
Prepare documents, reports, invoices, and other office records.
Perform data verification and identify discrepancies.
Handle MS Word, Excel, email, and other office software.
Maintain proper filing and documentation.
Coordinate with team members for daily operational requirements.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Diploma / Graduate.
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel.
Practical knowledge of VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP is required.
Knowledge of Pivot Tables, Excel formulas, data sorting/filtering, and data management.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, email, and internet.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Freshers with strong Advanced Excel knowledge may also apply.
