About the Role

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who is confident in communication, interested in sales, and willing to build strong relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities.

• Connect with potential clients through calls, emails, and other channels.

• Understand client requirements and explain our IT services.

• Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain regular communication.

• Prepare and share proposals and quotations with clients.

• Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams.

• Maintain lead and client information in the company's records.

• Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic knowledge of IT services and digital solutions.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
