Assistant Managing Director

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and reliable Part-Time Executive Director to support the company in handling key operational and compliance-related activities. This is a remote role; however, the candidate must be a resident of Noida for ease of coordination and representation when required.

The role involves assisting in company representation, reviewing documentation, and supporting management in various business requirements on an as-needed basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the company in official matters, if and when required

Support in reviewing company documents and ensuring accuracy/compliance

Assist in handling critical operational or administrative tasks

Coordinate with internal stakeholders for issue resolution and updates

Provide support in regulatory or compliance-related activities as needed

Be available for discussions and urgent requirements on priority

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be a resident of Noida (Delhi NCR region)

Minimum Graduate in any discipline

At least 2 years of work experience in any field

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic understanding of business operations and documentation

Ability to handle responsibilities independently
