4. Technical Understanding

• Possess a clear understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, CMS (WordPress), hosting, and SEO basics.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into business language for clients.

• Ensure the team follows best practices in UI/UX and digital branding.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Management, or related field.

• 1-2 years of experience in managing IT or web-related projects/teams.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English proficiency required).

• Good knowledge of website development, SEO, and digital marketing processes.

• Leadership and multitasking abilities to handle both people and projects.

• Client handling experience with international exposure is a plus.
