Allocate duties and ensure timely completion of tasks
Monitor attendance, performance, and discipline
Train staff on hygiene and service standards
Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, AMC vendors, etc.
Schedule maintenance and repair work
Track service quality and costs
Manage household inventory (groceries, cleaning supplies)
Ensure timely procurement and stock control
Ensure safety and security protocols are followed
Coordinate with security staff (if applicable)
Handle emergencies and report issues promptly
Assist family members with daily requirements
Manage guest visits and arrangements
