Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities and staff deployment.
Ensure proper bed making, linen handling, and bedding standards are maintained as per hotel protocols.
Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas.
Conduct routine inspections of rooms, floors, washrooms, and common areas.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques, grooming standards, and soft communication skills.
Maintain stock of cleaning materials, linen, and housekeeping supplies.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Handle guest requests and complaints politely and efficiently.
Maintain attendance, duty rosters, and shift schedules for housekeeping staff.
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Coordinate with maintenance and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure timely reporting of damages, maintenance issues, or shortages.
Required Skills & Competencies :
Strong knowledge of hotel housekeeping standards and bedding procedures
