Key Responsibilities
Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
Change bed linens, towels, and replenish room amenities.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize assigned areas.
Report maintenance issues and lost & found items to the supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and chemicals are used safely.
Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
Assist guests with basic housekeeping requests in a courteous manner.
Complete assigned tasks within the given time frame.
