Job Description: Housekeeping Staff – Malad (Head Office)

Role Objective
To maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall upkeep of the Head Office premises, ensuring a safe, clean, and professional work environment for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of office areas including workstations, cabins, meeting rooms, reception, pantry, washrooms, staircases, and common areas
Perform daily cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal
Ensure washrooms are cleaned and replenished with required supplies (soap, tissue, etc.) at regular intervals
Manage pantry cleanliness, including cleaning utensils, pantry counters, and equipment
Dispose of waste as per organizational and safety guidelines
Support during meetings, trainings, and events by maintaining cleanliness and arranging basic requirements when needed
Report any maintenance issues (leakages, electrical faults, damaged fixtures) to the Admin / Facilities team
Follow safety, hygiene, and infection control practices as instructed
Adhere to office discipline, attendance, and reporting protocols
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 8th / 10th pass preferred
Prior experience in office housekeeping is an added advantage
Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
Basic understanding of cleaning materials and equipment
Willingness to work as per office timings and requirements
Honest, disciplined, and dependable
