JOB DESCRIPTION — Kitchen Helper, KesuKesu

Kitchen Helper / Kitchen Assistant – KesuKesu (Pizza, Burgers, Tacos)

We are hiring Kitchen Helpers to join our team at KesuKesu, a cloud kitchen serving pizzas, burgers, tacos, and starters in Goregaon West. You will support our cooks and chefs with vegetable cutting, washing, cleaning, and basic food prep. No prior experience required — we will train you on the job. Key Responsibilities

1. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables, fruits, and other ingredients as per the chef's instructions

2. Clean and wash all kitchen utensils, vessels, pots, pans, and equipment after each service

3. Keep the kitchen floor, walls, sinks, and storage areas clean throughout the shift

4. Help carry stock and supplies from storage to kitchen stations

5. Garbage disposal — segregate wet and dry waste, take out trash regularly

6. Help with basic food prep — grating cheese, slicing toppings, prepping sauces, packing — as instructed by cooks

7. Restock kitchen stations with ingredients during peak service hours

8. Assist with packaging and labeling for delivery orders

9. Maintain personal hygiene — clean uniform, trimmed nails, hair covered, no jewelry

10. Follow all food safety and cleanliness rules

11. Respect and listen to seniors (cooks, chefs, kitchen managers)

Requirements

1. Age: 18–35 years

2. Minimum 8th–10th pass (formal education not strict, but should be able to read basic Hindi/English instructions)

3. Physical fitness — able to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 15–20 kg

4. Punctual and hardworking

5. Hindi or Marathi speaking (English is a plus, not required)

6. Clean personal hygiene habits

7. Ready to work in a busy, fast-paced cloud kitchen

Experience

• Freshers welcome — full on-the-job training will be provided

• Prior experience in a hotel, restaurant, dhaba, mess, catering, canteen, or cloud kitchen is a bonus
