Job Description – Solar Panel Cleaning Field Support Staff
Position: Solar Panel Cleaning – Field Support Staff
Location: Gurgaon (Gurugram), Haryana – Site visits within Gurgaon only
Openings: 5 Positions
Qualification: 10th Pass
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Working Hours: As per site schedule; generally 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are looking for physically fit and responsible Field Support Staff for manual cleaning and maintenance support at rooftop solar panel sites in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out solar panel cleaning as per the company's training and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Report to assigned solar sites at the scheduled time.
Perform manual cleaning of solar panels according to the method and training provided by the O&M team.
Follow the site-wise schedule communicated by the supervisor.
Capture date, time and location-stamped photographs before and after every cleaning activity.
Share photographs and activity updates with the designated supervisor.
Wear the provided safety equipment, including safety jacket and helmet, while working at the site.
Follow all prescribed safety protocols during rooftop and outdoor activities.
Handle company-provided cleaning materials and equipment properly.
Be prepared to work at different sites and follow flexible timings depending on site requirements and season.
Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10th Pass.
Must be a permanent resident of Gurgaon (Gurugram).
Candidates from Delhi or other cities will not be considered.
Physically fit and comfortable with outdoor field work.
Comfortable with climbing and manual cleaning of rooftop solar panels.
Basic smartphone knowledge is required for clicking and sharing photographs.
Willing to work early morning shifts during peak summer months when required.
Prior experience in Solar O&M, housekeeping, field work, or outdoor work will be an advantage, but is not mandatory.
Benefits & Facilities
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Salary paid on or before the 7th of every month.
Safety jacket and helmet provided.
Cleaning materials and consumables provided by the company.
Group Medical Insurance provided by the company.
Important Note
This is a field-based role involving outdoor work and rooftop solar panel cleaning.
Candidates must be local residents of Gurgaon/Gurugram.
No separate transport, food, or accommodation allowance is provided.
Site timings may vary depending on the assigned site and month of the year.
