Key Responsibilities:

Perform fiber optic splicing and jointing as per network design and standards.
Carry out cable crimping, termination, and testing for broadband connections.
Execute last-mile deployment of broadband services at customer locations.
Install and configure network equipment such as ONT/Router/Modem.
Conduct troubleshooting and fault rectification for connectivity issues.
Ensure proper cable routing, laying, and labeling as per guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams for network rollout and service activation.
Maintain daily reports of installation, faults, and work completed.
Adhere to safety protocols during field operations.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of Fiber Optic Splicing & Testing (OTDR, Power Meter)
Hands-on experience in crimping tools and cable termination
Basic understanding of broadband technologies (FTTH, GPON, Ethernet)
Troubleshooting skills for network and connectivity issues
Ability to work in field conditions and travel locally
