जॉब डिस्क्रिप्शन

  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support to employees.

  • Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.

  • Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and passwords.

  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, and network devices.

  • Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus, and security software.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper allocation and tracking of equipment.

  • Perform regular data backup and support data recovery processes.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity problems.

  • Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.

  • Maintain IT documentation, licenses, warranties, and service records.

  • Implement and follow IT security policies and best practices.

  • Support CCTV, biometric attendance, access-control systems, and other technology infrastructure where applicable.

  • Assist with IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations.

  • Ensure timely resolution and documentation of IT support tickets.
