Job Summary

Jai Steel International Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and technically proficient IT Executive to manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for hardware and software support, server administration, networking, Active Directory management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.

Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Manage and administer Windows Server environments.

Handle Active Directory administration, including user creation, password resets, group policies, and access management.

Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot servers to ensure maximum uptime and performance.

Configure and support networking devices such as routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, and firewalls.

Manage LAN/WAN connectivity and troubleshoot network performance issues.

Install, configure, and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches.

Perform regular system backups and ensure data security and recovery procedures are in place.

Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, AMC, and technical support services.

Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.

Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other business applications.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2–5 years of relevant experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure Management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
