Job Title: Senior IT Executive Job Purpose To independently manage day-to-day IT operations, infrastructure support, asset tracking, vendor coordination, and issue resolution across offices and deck locations pan India while ensuring operational continuity and minimal downtime. Key Responsibilities • Manage and support IT infrastructure across office and deck locations including laptops, tablets, printers, TVs, biometric devices, and internet connectivity. • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, POS, and system-related issues remotely and onsite. • Coordinate setup and deployment of devices for new employees, new store launches, and replacements. • Maintain accurate IT asset inventory records including allocation, movement, and replacements. • Monitor internet uptime and ensure smooth connectivity across all locations. • Handle application support for operational systems, POS, cloud tools, and backend applications. • Coordinate with internet vendors and hardware service providers for issue resolution and renewals. • Ensure timely tracking and submission of internet and IT-related bills. • Support implementation of IT security practices including antivirus, firewall, encrypted access, and device compliance. • Maintain IT documentation including asset logs, support tickets, escalation trackers, and SOPs. • Coordinate with HR, Operations, Finance, and Admin teams for employee onboarding/offboarding and system access. • Provide quick turnaround support during store launches, operational escalations, and emergencies. Key Result Areas (KRAs) • Ensure uninterrupted IT support across office and operational deck locations. • Maintain accurate tracking of all IT assets and replacements. • Ensure timely issue resolution with minimal operational downtime. • Maintain stable network connectivity and infrastructure health across locations. • Ensure timely coordination with vendors for repairs, procurement, and renewals. • Support smooth onboarding and offboarding from an IT systems perspective. Skills & Qualifications Required • Strong understanding of hardware, networking, and cloud-based software systems. • Good troubleshooting skills for systems, internet, POS, and operational applications. • Ability to manage multiple locations and prioritize operational issues. • Good communication and coordination skills. • Strong ownership mindset and operational responsiveness. • Comfortable with remote support and field coordination. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. • 2–5 years of experience in IT support or infrastructure management. • Experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or multi-location operations preferred. • Basic understanding of firewall, antivirus, and IT security systems.
