Google Workspace, Zoho Workplace & Microsoft 365 Admin & Remote Support Engineer
We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Admin & Remote Support Engineer to manage, administer, and support Google Workspace, Zoho Workplace, and Microsoft 365 environments. The role includes user administration, security management, troubleshooting, and providing L1/L2 remote IT support.
Administer Google Workspace users, security controls, and core services
Manage Zoho Workplace email and collaboration tools
Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Implement MFA, security policies, and compliance controls
Provide L1/L2 remote IT support and troubleshooting
Handle email migrations and DNS configurations
Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Zoho Workplace, and Microsoft 365
Knowledge of DNS, SPF, DKIM, DMARC
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
