SKILL SETS REQUIRED

• Basis knowledge on network and servers

• Knowledge of Active Directory and group policy objects

• Experience administrating Office 365

• Experience administrating AWS Workspaces

• Network installation (Configure router or switch, if engineer have experience router and switch is added advantage)

• Server installation knowledge will be an advantage as well and anyone have experience in AD will be great since there is migration involved

• Must have the ability to work independently.

• Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• First level hardware support for end users

• Desktop Hardware troubleshooting, Handling virus issues and updating Antivirus software issues for Desktops / Laptops.

• Desktop imaging of Windows/Mac devices.

• Installation / configuration of e-mail clients, MS Outlook configuration, outlook backup, restore & troubleshooting, Handling Remote desktop and team viewers, Installation of Printer Drivers and Troubleshooting folders, Sharing devices & printers.

• Strong in hardware assembling & Troubleshooting, ticketing management systems to ensure SLA is met on time.

• Troubleshooting basic Network related problems. TCP/IP configuration, Internet Maintenance, cabling, patching and LAN troubleshooting.

• Ticketing tool experience, SLA handling and closure.

Purpose of the job:

IT support specialists to assist clients/ user with hardware and software issues. The main purpose of their job is to provide on-site or remote technical assistance including the setting up of computer hardware systems, installing and upgrading software, and troubleshooting basic IT issues.
