Job Description

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess strong visual design skills and the ability to create impactful marketing materials, presentations, social media content, and promotional videos that effectively represent the firm's brand and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brochures, company profiles, presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.

• Create engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, and promotional creatives.

• Develop graphic videos, reels, motion graphics, and promotional videos for social media and marketing campaigns.

• Manage and maintain the Company's social media platforms by creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content.

• Prepare professional graphics for architectural and interior design presentations.

• Edit project photographs, images, and videos for digital and print media.

• Collaborate with architects and the management team to develop creative concepts and branding materials.

• Ensure consistency in the Company's visual identity across all marketing channels.

• Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in Graphic Design.

• Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are encouraged to apply.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

• Knowledge of Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software will be an added advantage.

• Strong creativity, typography, layout, colour theory, and attention to detail.

• Good communication and time management skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and creative work is mandatory.

Preferred

• Experience in the Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, or Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

• Experience in social media content creation, branding, photography, videography, and video editing is preferred.
