Job Title: Graphic Designer

Experience: 1–2 Years
Location: Near Palasia
Department: Marketing / Creative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 1–2 years of experience. The candidate should have strong knowledge of color combinations, typography, layout principles, and branding guidelines. The ideal candidate must be able to create visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design creative graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
Develop visually engaging creatives using proper color theory and brand color combinations.
Ensure consistency in designs as per brand guidelines.
Create posters, flyers, catalogues, and promotional materials.
Work closely with the marketing team for campaign creatives.
Edit and enhance images using design tools.
Deliver projects within deadlines.
Maintain updated knowledge of design trends.

Timely delivery of creatives as per marketing calendar.
Maintaining brand consistency in all designs.
High-quality visual standards and innovative color combinations.
Engagement improvement through impactful creatives.
Minimum rework ratio due to quality accuracy.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva.
Strong understanding of color psychology and color balance.
Good knowledge of typography and layout design.
Basic video editing knowledge (optional but preferred).
Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects.
