Job Description / Requirement:
Responsible for designing product packaging, labels, IFUs (Instructions for Use), promotional materials, and all artwork related to medical devices. The role ensures that all artwork complies with regulatory requirements, brand guidelines, and customer specifications while maintaining high-quality design standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop product packaging artwork, labels, cartons, pouches, and stickers.
Prepare artwork for Instructions for Use (IFU), product inserts, and technical documentation.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, banners, posters, and presentations.
Develop digital creatives for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
Ensure artwork complies with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485, MDR, FDA, CE, customer requirements, etc.).
Coordinate with QA, Regulatory Affairs, Production, and Printing vendors for artwork approval and implementation.
Revise artwork based on customer feedback and internal change requests.
Maintain artwork version control and document revision history.
Verify colors, dimensions, fonts, barcodes, QR codes, and print quality before final approval.
Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors.
Maintain a library of approved artwork files and design templates.
Ensure confidentiality of company artwork and product information.
Support new product development by creating packaging concepts and branding materials.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
Understanding of color management (CMYK/RGB), typography, and layout principles.
Experience with barcode and QR code generation.
