💼 About the Role

AKC Webtech is looking for a Product Support & UI/UX Executive to work on our HRMS/ERP product, STM.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, product workflows, and user problems, providing functional product support, and suggesting improvements to make the software simple, efficient, and user-friendly.

This is a non-coding role. We are looking for someone who understands software products, user workflows, troubleshooting, and UI/UX thinking.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and provide effective product support.

• Handle user queries related to HRMS/ERP features and workflows.

• Identify user problems and provide functional solutions.

• Act as a bridge between customers, support, product, and technical teams.

• Understand existing product workflows and identify areas for improvement.

• Suggest UI/UX improvements based on user feedback and product requirements.

• Identify usability issues and help make the product easier to use.

• Report bugs, functional issues, and product gaps to the concerned team.

• Coordinate with the development/product team for issue resolution.

• Follow up on reported issues and ensure timely closure.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product functionality and user experience.

• Maintain proper records of customer issues, feedback, and product improvements.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in Product Support, Application Support, Customer Support, Business Analyst, UI/UX Support, or a related role.

• Experience working with HRMS, ERP, SaaS, or other business software will be preferred.

• Good understanding of software workflows and user requirements.

• Basic to good understanding of UI/UX principles.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

• Ability to explain technical/product-related issues in simple language.

• Good coordination skills with Product, UI/UX, and Development teams.

• Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Jira, or similar tools will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets is preferred.
