We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Company helping brands build their online presence through creative, innovative, and result-driven digital marketing solutions. We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer who can create visually engaging designs for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Create creative and engaging designs for social media posts, ads, banners, campaigns, websites, and marketing materials.

• Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.

• Understand campaign requirements and convert ideas into visually appealing designs.

• Coordinate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and feedback.

• Maintain regular communication with clients regarding design concepts, revisions, and approvals.

• Work closely with the Social Media, Performance Marketing, Content, and Client Servicing teams.

• Develop creative concepts based on brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

• Create multiple design variations for different digital marketing campaigns.

• Handle design revisions based on client and internal team feedback.

• Ensure all designs are delivered within deadlines while maintaining quality and consistency.

• Stay updated with current design trends, social media trends, and digital advertising creatives.

• Manage multiple client projects and ensure timely delivery of creatives.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.

• Good understanding of social media and digital marketing creatives.

• Strong sense of design, typography, color, composition, and visual communication.

• Good client communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to understand briefs and work independently.

• Strong creativity and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Experience

• 1–5yr years of experience in Graphic Designing.

• Candidates with prior experience in a Digital Marketing Company, Advertising Agency, Creative Agency, or similar industry will be preferred.

• Experience working directly with clients and handling design requirements will be an added advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.

• A strong portfolio of previous design work is required.
