Job Summary
VBE is looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer who can create engaging visual content for digital and promotional requirements. The candidate should have good knowledge of design tools and a strong sense of creativity, layout, typography, and branding.
Key Responsibilities
Create social media posts, banners, creatives, brochures, flyers, and marketing materials.
Design graphics for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, websites, and other digital platforms.
Develop creative concepts according to company requirements and brand guidelines.
Edit and enhance images, photos, and other visual content.
Coordinate with the Marketing, Sales, and Content teams for design requirements.
Ensure all designs are visually appealing, accurate, and delivered within deadlines.
Maintain consistency in branding, fonts, colors, and visual identity.
Make revisions based on feedback from internal teams.
Required Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
Knowledge of CorelDRAW will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of typography, color combinations, layouts, and branding.
Strong creative and conceptual thinking.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification
Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Relevant experience in graphic designing preferred.
Portfolio of previous design work is required.
Preferred Candidate
A creative professional who can independently handle day-to-day graphic design requirements and bring fresh ideas to VBE's branding and marketing activities.
