Job Summary
The Graphic Designer will create visually compelling assets that power Bhima’s online and offline marketing efforts. This role plays a key part in strengthening our visual identity and ensuring consistent branding across all customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both creatively driven and technically skilled, capable of delivering impactful designs across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
· Design high-quality creatives for social media, digital ads, and marketing campaigns.
· Create and edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, digital advertising, and brand campaigns.
· Develop product banners, landing page visuals, and other web assets.
· Produce motion-based creatives, including reels, stories, and promotional videos.
· Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines across all visual outputs.
· Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute campaigns.
· Create offline collaterals as required, including print-ready designs.
· Optimize static and video assets for web and mobile performance across platforms.
· Manage tight deadlines while maintaining high design quality.
· Maintain and organize creative asset libraries.
· Adapt visual designs for multiple formats, channels, and device resolutions.
· Contribute to concept development for upcoming campaigns, product launches, and video-led storytelling initiatives.
Required Technical Skills
· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
· Strong command of Adobe Illustrator.
· Ability to produce quick-turnaround designs using Canva.
· Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and/or After Effects.
· Familiarity with Figma for collaboration and UI-aligned workflows.
· Understanding of creative and video asset management tools and processes.
· Knowledge of web and mobile resolutions, responsive layouts, and digital formats.
· Basic animation and motion design skills using After Effects.
· Exposure to print design standards, color modes, and formats.
· Strong understanding of branding, typography, and layout principles.
· Awareness of current and emerging design and video content trends.
