🔹 Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic and self‑driven Territory Sales Executives to manage and grow sales within assigned regions. The role involves driving revenue, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring consistent market coverage.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage sales operations within the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and product demonstrations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain sales documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share insights with management.
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery.
🔹 Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of territory management and field sales.
Ability to build long‑term customer relationships.
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
🔹 Preferred Background
Experience in FMCG, Consumer Products, Water Purification, Appliances, or related industries.
Prior experience in channel sales or distributor management.
