Job Description: Sales Executive - uPVC Profiles for Doors and Windows (Fresher)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive with to join Tuscan windows pvt Limited ,a leading B2B supplier of uPVC doors and windows. As a Sales Executive, your primary focus will be on driving sales growth, building strong relationships with prime clients such as distributors and builders, and achieving revenue targets within the uPVC market. This role requires exceptional communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to analyze market trends to develop effective sales strategies .
*Responsibilities* :
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company's sales objectives and revenue targets for uPVC doors and windows.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market, specifically targeting distributors, builders, and other relevant stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their specific needs and providing tailored solutions for their uPVC windows and doors requirements.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality, features, and benefits of uPVC windows and doors clients.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in a timely manner.
Maintain accurate sales records and report sales activities, market trends, and competitor information .
Continuously enhance product knowledge of sales skills through training programs and self-development to better serve clients.
*Qualifications* :
MBA/ Graduate degree from an accredited university is required.
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and techniques within the uPVC windows and doors market.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers within clients such as distributors and builders.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth for UPVC.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong drive for success in sales within the uPVC profiles segment.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet the clients, attend industry events, and visit distributors and builders.
