Job Summary
Make outbound calls to generate leads, counsel prospects on courses (digital marketing, IT training), achieve enrolment targets, and maintain CRM records for student admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to leads from LinkedIn/Google/Intern Shala
- Counsel on courses, fees, batches; convert leads to enrolments
- Follow-up via calls/WhatsApp; update CRM (Zoho/Google Sheets)
- Meet daily/weekly targets (10-15 enrolments)
- Handle inquiries, objections; report sales metrics
Required Qualifications
- 12th Graduate (any stream); B Com /BBA preferred
- 6-12 months tele sales exp (freshers with good communication OK)
- Fluent Hindi/English; basic computer skills (Excel/CRM)
- Persuasive speaking & target-oriented mindset
Preferred Skills
- Edtech/training sales exp; Agra-local preferred
- CRM tools (Zoho); objection handling
