We operate a fast-growing Digital Menu QR platform used by restaurants. Along with the digital menu, we provide brands and local businesses the opportunity to display targeted advertisements to diners inside restaurants — offering high visibility and real conversion potential.

We are expanding our advertising sales team and looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Representative who can onboard advertisers and build strong, long-term partnerships.

Role & Responsibilities

• Identify and approach businesses that benefit from advertising inside restaurants (salons, gyms, real estate, coaching centers, delivery services, consumer brands, etc.).

• Pitch ad placements on our Digital Menu QR platform with clear ROI-driven value propositions.

• Create and manage a pipeline of high-potential advertisers through cold calling, visiting, networking, and referrals.

• Conduct meetings with decision-makers and deliver persuasive sales presentations.

• Negotiate pricing, finalize deals, and meet monthly revenue targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, creative setup, and campaign launch.

• Maintain strong relationships with advertisers to encourage repeat bookings and upselling.

• Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in advertising, digital marketing, media sales, or B2B sales.

• Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of meeting revenue targets.

• Excellent communication, pitch presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

• Ability to understand advertiser needs and craft customized offerings.

• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.

• Strong knowledge of the local marketplace and business ecosystem.

• Fixed Salary: ₹5 – 6 LPA, based on experience.
